Kata Hay, a former contestant on the Voice, has reportedly been arrested on a vehicular manslaughter warrant.
Hay (real name: Kata Huddleston) had been sought by the Goodlettsville Police Department in Tennessee, but she was arrested by the Osage County Sheriff's Department in Oklahoma, TMZ reported on Thursday.
The Osage County Sheriff's Department told the publication that one of its deputies had arrested Hay, 38, in its jurisdiction early on Wednesday morning.
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives from the Goodlettsville Police Department — where Hay was wanted — and the Osage County Sheriff's Department, which arrested her, but neither has yet responded.
Records obtained by the Daily Mail indicate that Hay — who previously went to jail for making advances on a 16-year-old boy — is currently being held at the Osage County Jail in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, on a hold for the Goodlettsville Police Department and for allegedly being a fugitive from justice.
According to a press release from the Goodlettsville Police Department, Hay's vehicular homicide charge is related to a deadly crash on Long Hollow Pike, near Interstate 65 in Tennessee.

The Osage County Sheriff's Office told TMZ that Kay will see a district court judge on Monday, December 22, to sign an extradition waiver.
Online records for Davidson County in Tennessee obtained by the Daily Mail indicate that Hay has an open misdemeanor DUI case in the area.
It's listed as her second DUI case, following a 2016 misdemeanor conviction.
Hay also has open misdemeanor charges for leaving the scene of an accident with over $1,500 in estimated damage, as well as for allegedly having an open container.
Those offenses are listed as having occurred on Wednesday, December 10.
The latest vehicular crimes Hay is accused of come after she was arrested in 2022 for kissing a 16-year-old boy and forcing him to touch her inappropriately multiple times against his wishes, as well as touching him outside of his pants.

In 2022, Hay pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a minor. She was accused of making sexual comments to a 16-year-old boy, before kissing him and touching him outside his pants. Hay was sentenced to 6 months in prison; pictured on The Voice in 2015
Hay was reportedly staying at a friend's home when she began making sexual comments about the victim in front of his parents.
The boy's mother — Hay's friend — subsequently told police she had confronted Hay about her son's claims and recorded their conversation, during which the Voice performer allegedly confirmed his allegations.
According to the boy's mother, Hay had been intoxicated at the time of the sexual incident.
Hay later pleaded guilty, though she insisted that the victim's story didn't reveal the full context of the incident, according to WKRN in Tennessee.
However, she was unable to provide more details, as she admitted that she had been drinking at the time.
'No, it was not a lie. That’s why I pled guilty, but it did not happen in that way,' she said while testifying.
