Ticketmaster has told a disgruntled Lady Gaga fan they were not entitled to a refund after the concertgoer paid $300 for seats at the star's Brisbane show that had an obstructed view of the stage.
The attendee shared the ticketing agency's response on Facebook after making a formal complaint.
Last week's Lady Gaga show at Suncorp Stadium was beset with issues, including a late start to the show, which the unhappy concertgoer chronicled in an earlier post.
'For those that were following from the Lady Gaga concert view tea, well strap in, there's more,' they said this week.
Telling followers they had been 'gaslit' by the ticket seller, the Gaga fan posted a screenshot of the reply, in which Ticketmaster claimed they were 'unaware' of changes to the seating plan until the day of the show.
Ticketmaster also claimed that since the aggrieved fan 'remained in their seats' they were not entitled to a refund.

'Thanks for sharing your feedback,' Ticketmaster began their response.
'On behalf of the event organiser, we apologise for any disappointment caused by the seating arrangement at Lady Gaga : the MAYHEM Ball.
'Adjustments to the production setups are sometimes necessary, leading up to the event, which can impact sightlines unexpectedly.
'When you initially purchased your tickets, there were no indications of any sightline restrictions.
'Regretfully, this changed on the day of the show.
'Event staff were available throughout the night to address any issues as they arose, including reseating or relocating fans where feasible.
'As you chose to remain in your seats for the duration of the show, we’re unable to offer a refund.
'As the ticketing agent for this event, Ticketmaster acts on behalf of the event organiser. Decisions to approve or decline refund requests are out of our control.

'Your feedback is important to us, and helps us understand and improve the products, services and experiences that we offer.'
A spokesperson told Daily Mail they could not make any further comment as they could not confirm the concertgoer was at the show without documentation.
Several people went on to slam Ticketmaster's response to the unlucky fan in the comments section of the Facebook post.
'All I read in that is ''it's your fault because you stayed in your seat'', sorry what?!'
Another follower wrote: 'What did they expect you to do? Take a look at the view from your seat then get up and storm out?'
A third follower shared a similar experience from the recent Taylor Swift tour, which was promoted Down Under by Live Nation, the same group behind Lady Gaga's current Australian tour.
'This EXACT thing happened to me with Taylor Swift,' the concertgoer said.
'Had a huge sound tower in front of me, and there was no mention of restricted view when I got my tickets.
'Couldn't move because the show was sold out.'
